Sony – a couple of cans short of a six pack?

Dear oh dear, here we go again. An ISP subsidiary of Sony has been hacked and virtual tokens have been stolen. And, as if that wasn’t bad enough, F-Secure has found a phishing site located on a Sony hosted server in Thailand. iphone data recovery mac crack

It seems that when it comes to server and website security, Sony are not playing with a full deck. They apparently lack the monitoring and control systems that the majority of corporate users have at their disposal.

I find this staggering — a top technology company that cannot secure it’s own networks.

If I were a PS3 gamer though, I’d be seriously considering a move to another game box. Of course it’s easy to be wise after the event. Hopefully this debacle will have other corporations conducting serious checks and reviews of their own security arrangements. Some good might then come out of the mess.
